• Item must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Stitched-to-size orders are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
